What I am trying to do is sum the last 3 rounds <>0. The formula I have is below and I know I am missing something. This only sums the column numbers, but I need it to sum the values.

={SUM(LARGE(IF(A2:I2<>0,COLUMN(A2:I2)),{1,2,3}))}

Assuming the range will not contain any text entries.

Array entered**:

=SUM(I2:INDEX(B2:I2,LARGE((COLUMN(B2:I2)-COLUMN(B2)+1)*(B2:I2>0),3)))

** array formulas need to be entered using the key
combination of CTRL,SHIFT,ENTER (not just ENTER).
Hold down both the CTRL key and the SHIFT key
then hit ENTER.

I had been trying to figure out how to use MATCH or INDEX and got stuck so I do appreciate you and Aladin filling in my gaps.
