I have a list of people who have multiple roles and allocations

what i need to do is like a vlookup but based off 2 rows for example

look up john and as a program manager and output his allocation.

look up john as a project manager and put out his alloication and so on

the reason for this is we have it broken out into different groups that is submited by management

Here is the formula I have in I1 to return that value:

=SUMIFS(D1:D6,A1:A6,G1,C1:C6,H1)
