hello! I am trying to adjust the input flows (column B) so that the level (column E) is included according to:
- minimum level >= 3.8
- maximum level between 4.4 and 4.5
The flow increments between hours can be +- 100, with the maximum change being +- 200.
Furthermore, each day you cannot have more than 3 flow changes. That is, from 0:00 to 10:00 they flow to 2000, from 11:00 to 19:00 2200 and from 20:00 to 23:00 2000.
