Hi guys, hope you doing well?

I need help with the following data using an advanced filter. The spreadsheet is really heavy with data already so I'd rather avoid using formula if it's possible.... here is the example:

Created by DCI ACKDoc. Date Short Text
BR006364 11/06/15BLIND,PADDLE,316, 2 150#,1/16 THK X4-8
BRBC0612 11/04/15253807, 3 Step Lock-N-Stock Folding Ladd
BRS0183 03582226 11/02/15LABELS,ADDRESS 1 X 2.62 P/N 5960
BRS0183 03578439 11/01/15BIN MONITOR,ROTARY PADDLE CAT.#1-01
BRBC0610 09/14/15Add to PO# 4502574014: CAt.# EM-1698A-
BRBC0610 08/20/154502556762 Add line to PO - 7900-1491
BRS0179 03/04/15Add more $$ to PO 4502430589
BRS0179 12/31/14ADD TO PO 4502381212
BRS0179 12/18/14Add to Invoice 31655 Southeast Pump Spe
BR006364 12/17/14CBT, 2015 Blanket PO. Add On

<colgroup><col span="3"><col><col></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>

Ok, So I need the advanced filter to show me only "Short text" that is not equal to "Add to", "Add on", "Add more", "Add line" etc, on the example above with the advanced filter on I'd be shown only the first 4 rows, because the text does not say is adding something a value. At the moment only this "<>*add to*" is working, the rest is not hidden and if I just use "<>*add*" anything that says ADDress, lADDer or pADDle..disappears too.

I hope I was clear enough. Thank you guys!

All the best, Minxy ;)

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
Try adding a space to the end of add:

"<>*add *"
