I recently purchased Pivot Table Data Crunching: Microsoft Excel 2010. On the page for Sample Files for This Book, I was referred to MrExcel.com | Microsoft Excel Tips, Tricks and Support. I downloaded the Sample Files and opened up the zip file, but the files seem to be incomplete or misnamed with no file for chapters 9 and 10 and eight files with chapter numbers like PTChapter1001,...1025,...1027, and ...1028.
