Automatic formula calculation

Hello,

I have a spreadsheet using 2 data series, both have formulas.

I would like to know if there is a option to turn on auto-formula calculation for one but not for the other.
Would not mind any solution for this (formatting, VBA, new formulas, help columns, anything).

Any help would be appreciated,
Emil

P.S. Already try "Automatic except for data series" but that does not seem to help as they still calculate.

Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
