Automatic inventory updating but

Hello Everybody
i am quite a novice
I need help to automatically record inventory as per invoice (outgoing) & as per purchase order (incoming)
I have sample sheet which I can send you but I can’t see how to attach it here

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
