I would like to create an excel macro where I can click on a button, and it will perform the following functions:

1. Open SAP
2. Open IM33 - Display Budget of Inv.Prog.Position
3. Search terms laid out within specific cells
4. Upon displaying results, copy information displayed
5. Paste into a specified workbook

If there I a macro or any function within excel which can be generated to perform this task, I would very much appreciate your help.

Thanks.

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
I am not familiar with SAP, however, if you use Power Query, it allows you to extract data from SAP Hanna. You can manipulate the data in PQ and then export it to Excel for further analysis. Power Query is available in Excel 2010 and higher in windows environments.

Thanks for responding so quickly. I'll look into Power Query a little further. I should've specified it is SAP Easy Access.
