I am needing help with creating a formula that calculates the total cost of the equipment rental for the estimated says on rent. It is based off a 28 day billing cycle. i.e. i have the equipment from 8/1/2021 - 8/30/2021, then the company would bill be a monthly rate plus two daily rates.

The weekly rate ( at which, what day the weekly rate would take over from the daily rate is found by taking the weekly rate and dividing the daily rate) and the monthly rate (at what day the monthly rate would take over to finish out the 28 day billing cycle) is found by taking the monthly/weekly rate and multiplying it by 7.

I cant seem to figure out a good formula that would work based because the weekly rates and monthly rates would all start on different days.
The other problem im having with this is even when i have attempted to create a formula, it seems i am able to calculate for the week or two weeks but lets say i have the equipment for 15 days, well then it needs to be able to calculate two weekly rates plus a daily rate.
Any help is appreciated. The table is below

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
