Hello!
I have a form that pops up and requests data from the user.
I would like the user to select a folder to look in and open the files related to that data.
Is it possible (and relatively simple) to have a combobox that populates itself with the folders and directories on the system? If so, could I please have some examples on how to accomplish it?

Thanks!

Yes, it's possible. However, have you considered using the FileDialog property of the Application object? It opens a file dialog, and allows the user to select a folder (among other things). The path to the selected folder is assigned to a variable.

Yes, that's what I have now (I think).
Some of the commonly used folders are in a combo box, and the user can browse (which opens that browser window) to add and select a different folder.
I was just hoping to make the userform a little more streamlined for the production line - but maybe you're suggesting that over complicates things?

It seems to me that the file dialog is a simple and easy way to allow a user to select a folder. And, if you haven't already done so, an initial path can be set using the InitialFileName property of the FileDialog object.
