Build Code to Expand Number Range in VBA

I have these set of zip code ranges in my excel sheet and I would like to build a code that expands these number ranges into new rows by the simple press of a macro and for it to recognize the numbers after the comma whether they are single numbers or a new range. Any help is appreciated. I also plan to add more ranges so it would need to be looped please.
