First time self-taught Power Query./Power Pivot user. I created a Data model and need to figure out how to program Measures that build the Prev Year Sales and calculate $ Diff and % Delta. My dataset is from 1/1/2019 to 5/30/2020. At the end of each month I will get a new data set that will be imported from Power Query. I built the Calendar table from Power Pivot Menu using the Date Table function. I would like to build the Power Pivot Table and use the Slicer to chose the month to give me the results. I hope someone can help as I am very close. Attached is a link to a 2-minute video for reference.

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
you need to investigate the time intelligence functions - there is a wealth of information online and I'm pretty sure they'll deliver what you need.
