I am trying to do some calculations for handling times in a call centre I report for. In the past, I could use NETWORKDAYS to calculate times between ticket arrival/ticket completion however I have a new obstacle to overcome.
Previously, the centres hours of operation were 08:00 - 19:00 Monday - Friday. NETWORKDAYS worked perfectly for this. Now though, the centre operates 7 days a week with set work hours on all 7 days.
Is there a function I can use that will exclude the out of business hours but INCLUDE weekends in my handling time calculations? I've done some lengthly searches of this forum and random pages found on google but everything seems to indicate NETWORKDAYS is the solution when it doesn't appear to be what I require.
