Hello all,

I need some help with a function that I am not able to get working.

I am using a Pivot Table to organize a large amount of date that is compiling information from a number of different pipeline sections and giving me a total count of how many units I need / size.

I need to implement a Calculated Field into the PivotTable that is able to count how many times a unique value appears: "O-Ring" & "Non O-Ring"

I have tried using the an IF function in the Calculated Field but it will not return a value.

Please help!

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
