Hi!

I would appreciate help with calculating whether there has been a significant change in physical activity levels between two assessment periods.

Question I'm trying to answer: Has the sample become more or less physically active (subjectively assessed) between two tests and is the change statistically significant?
Data collection: A question regarding their physical activity level, possible choices are: 1. Sedentary, 2. Somewhat active, 3. Regularly active, 4. Hard exercise.

Basically I have a lot of data on which ''physical activity level group'' each person in the sample belongs to and then a second assessment 6 months later where the same person either jumped up or down in the possible physical activity groups.

How do I go about calculating change and statistical significance?

Very thanks!
