Can the cell value show the formula result without showing the formula in formula bar or in the cell when a user click on cell?

When i run the code - can i make the code show the result of the formula and not the formula in the cell?
Suppose i have in cell A1 = now() or maybe = vlookup(B1,D1:F12,1) etc
