Cannot enter text in OLEObjects

All,
use Excel 2013.
I have no idea what i did, but suddenly I cannot enter text in my OLEObjects anymore.
Any idea what I need to do, so I can enter text again?

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
