I would like to set up CF for "No Shows" that appears in Col A

I have set up a formula

Code:
=ISNUMBER(SEARCH("No Shows",A2))=True

The Rage is $A:$F

It is highlighting all cells in green. It would be appreciated if someone can assist me

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Hi,

You could test following formula:

Code:
[COLOR=#333333]=ISNUMBER(SEARCH("No Shows",A2))[/COLOR]

Hope this will help

Or if you want to highlight the entire row
=$A1="No Shows"
