Change all caps to lower case except the first letter.

Hi,

How do I change everything in my B column from all caps to lower case except the first letter of each word. The B column contains VLOOKUP formula also. Thanks.
 
=if(len(a1) > 3, proper(a1), a1)

thank you both. I added a Len column, and used with AND-- do not think I mentioned that A2 needed to have an x.

=IF(A2="x",AND(H2>4)*PROPER(D2),D2)

with that - is there a way to skip blanks, or not return a 0.. for the time being I replaced all cells in Column D with a space.
