Charts help or recommendations

Hi,
I'm trying to create charts and need help with how to create neat and interactive charts to impress the board members. What I have are below data and my current charts that I don't think it's impressive:

Look at Pivot Table & Pivot Chart you will then be able to use Filters in the Charts and also add and Use Slicers to make up a fancy dashboard.

My problem is with bars as you can see I have headcount of 3000+ & 4 so how can I present such thing in a better way?
