Combine formula with Combo Box

Greetings,

Does anyone know how I would connect the Combo Box to this formula SUM(--(LEN(UNIQUE(FILTER(B4:B12,C4:C12=I3,"")))>0)) or maybe use another formula?

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
