Combining Sum and Max formulas

In columns B and C we have the time and number of cars passing.

The objective: find the max total of the sum of 7 consecutives numbers

At present we have to split out the sum of 7 consecutive numbers (column G7-10) from data and then max those in G16. Is there a way to combine this to deliver the same result in a single cell formula?

The correct answer is 49, but I want to get there in one cell formula rather than having to sum the 7 consecutive numbers in G7-10 first and then max those 4 numbers to deliver =49.
