Command button with macros assigned not working in shared file

Can someone please help me finding a solution to share an excel file with common buttons and macros with multiple people and allowing them to make changes in real time?
I tried using Microsoft one drive excel online but it is very limited so it when I open it the comman buttons are not in the workbook anymore. Please help!
