Column A is the listing of Applicants that went to the next stage of testing ... column B is a listing of applicants deemed ineligible. I'm trying to compare one to the other because the straight subtraction doesn't work. Is there a formula that I can use to determine if the numbers in column B are also in column A (and vice versa)? I've included a small set of numbers from my spreadsheet as an example. Thanks!

Solution
That's it - I had one # that I couldn't figure out which one was on both lists.... and this found it. (out of 4,170 total cells) I'm extremely thankful for your help (and not having to manually do this one by one)
