Thank you in advance for your help. I am new here.

I have created a grid view of a schedule to make it easier for people at a trade show. I have a tab for each demo station/conference room with the data to be collected and a status field.

Grid View: I also have a tab for each day at the trade show that will show at a glance all of the demo stations/rooms at a specific time.

What I would like to do is when the meeting is set to complete on the room tabs is to have the cells on the day/grid view for that time turn Red Yellow or green based on the status field on the room.

Hope that makes sense. Thanks in advance for your help!

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
So regardless of the current time and the schedule, nothing happens until the room's status is marked complete?

Are the data in the Room tabs generated automatically via the Day tabs or vice versa?

This seems like a monumental project.

The Day tabs are populated from the room tabs. And yes, nothing happens until complete is marked. The status is actually 3 values Completed, No-Show, and Rescheduled). In the end I would want Green=Completed, No-SHow=Red, and Rescheduled=Yellow.

Thanks again!
