Excel does this thing when you clear the cells in a row, the rows remain behind.. We call them ghost records.
To recreate, add data randomly to a sheet, then select the cells (not rows) and click delete
Now, select the the entire sheet and F5 ... "Special.. Blanks. and these rows will be selected
My question is, how can I use conditional formatting to highlight those rows?
