Conditional gradiant color scaling cells based on time

Hi
Is there a way to conditional format a range of cells P2 to P99 which has a time stamp with gradient color, from light red to bright red as an example, based on the amount of time passed. ?

I assume that i would have to add a column for due dates.

Timestamp is in Q2 to Q99, sorry i forgot this
