I already know how to do drop down boxes in a cell from a list. Is is possible to have Multiple, contingent conditions?

For example, first select from a category (a drop down box), then based on the first selection, select from another drop down list to get your correct choice. I suppose I could just sort my data and then have a few different drop-down boxed by this sorted data, but I'd like to make this more automated per se.
