Copy/Rename/Paste/hyperlink

hi guy,

i am currently working for a project that would copy a cell(a Filename)then rename the file to a (VE-Daily-Review-12-Apr11.pdf)and depends on date, then paste it to the nextrow after that it will create a hyperlink to a folder in my drive d:\

its look like this,

Daily Routine Updates 2011​

Col A Col b Col c Col d Col e Col f
Row 1. VE-Daily-Review-14-etc 1. etc 1. etc​

I need that row to be copied then rename the file to VE-Daily-review + date to follow it create a hyperlink in my drive d:​
