Create a Column to Pivot Table Results to calculate % difference between figures

I'm using Excel 2013 and I have created a few dashboards using Pivot Tables. I have included a few slicers so that the pivot table becomes interactive in the hands of the end user. So far, so good. My problem is that in the case of dashboards which show tables with current year figures versus last year figures, I don't have a column showing the change between Year 1 and Year 2 in % terms. And it is this change in % terms that is more relevant for analysis purposes.

Is there a "trick" to have this column in the pivot table?
