Creating a Spreadsheet

Hi,

I am trying to create a spreadsheet that can do the following Column A would be Players, B would be Salary, C would be projected score. D would be Position there would be over 100 players on the list, I would like the sheet to find me the best 9 player combination that will deliver the highest score (column C) but equals under 60000 (from column B "Salary") with restrictions on how many people from each position.

Any help or ideas how i can do this?

You could investigate the use of the excel add-in Solver.
