Hello everyone.
First post. I searched for an answer to my question, but nothing specific enough for my needs.

I am currently running Excel 2010.

So example is:

I have 3 people hiking a trail.
Lets say the trail is 100 mile long.

I want to see who finishes first.
The question is not, who finishes 100 miles first, its who finishes THE 100 miles first.

So the data set would look like:
Column 1 is Person1
Column 2 is Person2
etc.

Row 1 is Weekend 1 start Milepost
Row 2 is Weekend 1 end Milepost
Row 3 is Weekend 2 start Milepost
Row 4 is Weekend 2 end Milepost
etc.

So the data set would look like this after 2 weekends

Person1 Person2 Person3
Weekend 1 Start 0 9 34
Weekend 1 end 50 38 87
Weekend 2 Start 50 0 21
Weekend 2 end 80 15 0

From this, I want to see a bar (or column) for each person, highlighting where they have been.
Person 1 should have a bar from 0-80, Person2 should have a bar from 0-38 (even though they walked more than 38 miles, 9-15 were duplicate and don't count), and person 3 should have a bar from 0-21 and another from 34-87.

Appreciate any help!

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
