Hi

I’m trying to figure out the last date an employee was paid

I have a payroll power pivot table in excel.
I would like to put on the employee table what is the MAX date of when an employee was paid.
How can I do this.
Thanks for your help.

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Hi,

MAX (Column) normally does that pretty good. I can imagine you tried this and it did not work as you want. Can you elaborate and provide (sanitized) sample data (using XL2BB) and the DAX formula you tried and the result you would like to get.
