Appreciate any help

Thanks

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
I think this should do the job

Code:
Sub Macro1()
Dim imaxline As Integer
Dim icurrline As Integer

imaxline = Range("a1").SpecialCells(xlCellTypeLastCell).Row
If imaxline > 1 Then
    For icurrline = imaxline To 2 Step -1
        If Range("a" & icurrline).Value = "ID" Then
            Rows(icurrline).Delete xlShiftUp
        End If
    Next icurrline
End If
End Sub

Another option
Code:
Sub delID()
   With Sheets("Sheet1")
      If .AutoFilterMode Then .AutoFilterMode = False
      .Range("A:A").AutoFilter 1, "*ID*"
      .AutoFilter.Range.Offset(1).EntireRow.Delete
      .AutoFilterMode = False
   End With
End Sub
