display top line of textbox in form as default?!?!?!

I have a text box on a form with a large amount of text (a simple help file) does anyone know the property which will let me display the top line of the text when the form is opened? it seems to want to default to the last line of text whcih is really annoying! for info the text box has a vertical scrollbar...

Take a look at the SelStart property of the TextBox.
