Hello Message Board,
This is my problem in a very basic spreadsheet that has no formulas in it yet. Double blue line appears across bottom of sheet after using auto sum. Then when you type in row below double blue line text is automatically bold? Any suggestions?
Thank you,
Kevin

Excel Facts

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
did you create or inherit the file
Does it have VBA/Macros running
OR any conditional formatting

It sounds like your data is in a table. Using Autosum will enable the Totals row which is bold by default.
