Hi,

I have a table with 1000 records. Only approx. 10% of them however have some TRUE condition.

Name
Condition

A
TRUE

B
FALSE

C
FALSE

D
FALSE

E
FALSE

F
TRUE

...
...

I would like to create a table on another sheet that shows list of names, but only for those rows, where the condition is TRUE. Also, I don't want to have any blank rows. So just a nice list of approx. 100 rows.

Is that possible?

Thanks.

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Hi,

Using a pivot table might work... you would have to adjust the filters on the table to show only true. And you would have to refresh the data after any change to update the table.
