question - in what foramt in excel do i create a list - how should i label the colomns? or do i label the rows?

I am trying to help my boss create an excel list of our company contacts based off of her vcards and we want to send this list in excel format to our new hires too...

I was also hoping yhou could tell me if you have ever seen a program where you can create org charts from vcards...

Thanks so much!
