I created a chart to compare 2019 vs 2020 by month.
I dragged the values into place so months lined up. When I dragged Jan to first column I son't see the data. Any ideas? Office 365 Pro

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Is it right the vertical Axis contains only negative numbers?
You also have a second blank.

Would those numbers be positive for those 2 months?
Did you format your axis with some fixed values?

Would be easier if your raw data would contain month, year and value in 3 columns, so you could make a pivot like this:

Thanks for the quick response. I am adding the chart to a file Iget from accounting and of course it is not setup so nicely.
I fixed by deleting the chart and starting over. I guess it is kind of like the reboot thing
