Export a spreadsheet into google maps

Hey there,

So I have a spreadsheet right now that looks like this:

Name	Surname	Company	Income	Address
John	Smith	General Motors	100000	(Address1)
Peter	Jackson	Hilton Hotels	70000	(Address1)
Peter	Jackson	Hilton Hotels	70000	(Address2)

<colgroup><col span="5"></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>

What I want to do, is hitting a button with a macro behind it, export it to google maps and drop a pin in each of the addresses. Then, if possible, colour code them by the Surname (not super important but would be great).
Is there any way of doing this?

Note the code is very complicated and difficult to follow and some of it is redundant for your specific question because it covers other aspects of Google Maps.
