Export data from Java to Excel

Hello guys!

Could you please give me any tips on how to extract the data on this site Market data | Nord Pool Spot to excel 2010?

The table is dynamic and updates every hour so I want the new data be imported to excel aswell.

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.

If the data is loaded by JavaScript requests then you usually need to use IE automation or HTMLDocument.CreateDocumentFromUrl to extract the data. You could use Application.OnTime to run the import procedure every hour.
