Extend Macros for new Workbooks

Hello!

If I were to build some macros for a workbook, is there any way to extend these to other workbooks?

For instance, if I were to be downloading a new excel spreadsheet once a week, is there a way to have the macros already available on the new spreadsheet without having to copy them in?

Even more complicated, is there way to add these macros across a server?

Side note-is there a way to bypass the security laws (the one that won't let you automaticaly enable macros) without having to click the button or having to change your security settings?

Thanks for any help!
