Extract Unique Value Based on Criteria

Hi Gurus,

I need a help on getting my formula correct. I am trying to extract unique in a list, copy it to another sheet based on criteria.

The formula im using is

=INDEX(Data!$E$3:$E$232,MATCH(0,COUNTIF(Sheet2!$B$5,Data!$E$3:$E$232)+(Data!$C$3:$C$232<>Sheet2!$C$3),0), COLUMN(Data!E2))

I followed the instruction and link it accordingly but it doesnt work.

Can you please point me to the right direction?

Here is the table :

Haven't looked at your equation fully, but at least one issue is that you have reversed the arguments in the COUNTIF.
Try replacing this:

COUNTIF(Sheet2!$B$5,Data!$E$3:$E$232)
with this:,
COUNTIF(Data!$E$3:$E$232,Sheet2!$B$5)</pre>
