Filter/Sort/Array Question --or should this be done in Pivot Tables?

I want to figure out a formula or setup to determine how many units and how much Jane bought Product A before the special price and how many units and dollars she spent after. This is obviously just a sample list and I would like the formula or table to work for more orders from a longer timespan. Thanks for the help.
