Find Duplicates, But show which columns they belong to

Hi,

I am trying to get the range of data to search for the same value and then display the duplicates as 1 but show what column they belong to. ie the picture below i have 'ASD' 3x and 'TRE' 1x i would like to have in one cell to show:


[A|B|D] ASD [C] TRE

is this possible without vba?
