OK, so a flair for the dramatic. That said, I worked very hard on a particular model and I would like to make anyone who has any intention of borrowing portions of the model very frustrated. Assuming that a potential recipient will receive the file via email. 1) is there any way to prevent a user from saving the file? I want them to be able to open it, look around, but not save it from the email. 2) is there a way to have the workbook self-destruct on a certain date/number of opens? (if yes, how to also prevent those who will turn the date back to fool the workbook) 3)How can I make sure that users cannot move or copy sheets into a new workbook? Any other advice on how to make a workbook as secure as possible would be greatly appreciated! Cathy
