Formula based column B return A in list format

Hello I am very inexperienced with Excel. I am hoping that someone can give me some help.
How do a create a list based on frequency without blanks. "Daily duties", "Weekly Duties"?


What I have is a worksheet (Duties-Alpha) This has column A Duty, Column B Frequency, Column C Responsible Pary.

What I need help with is I would like to complete a list based on frequency for each staff member.

On my worksheet (Duties-Emp) I have a column for each person, and then A2:K10 is the section for the daily duties.

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
