HI, we have the following sheet where we want to track the status of work through conditional formatting and with text in process, kindly provide any excel formula

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Something like this I guess:
