=SUMPRODUCT(('2006'!C3:300="1/1/2006")*('2006'!E3:E300="F/A"))
Need a new formula to count the number of "F/A" s on "1/1/2006"
please help me !!!!!!

SUMPRODUCT(('2006'!C3:C300="1/1/2006")*('2006'!E3:E300="F/A"))

This will only work if your "dates" are formatted as text.

If they're true dates

SUMPRODUCT(--('2006'!C3:C300="1/1/2006"+0),--('2006'!E3:E300="F/A"))
