Formula Help

Hey Guy's I need a formula in cell D1 that performes this function??

What happens if A1 = 1 or 4 but B1 does *NOT* equal 1 or 2?

Well cell B1 will always be either 1,2 or 3 IF 3 =$0

This one seems to do what I need, actually the other one did also, but I couldn't get the N/A to be 0 when "3" was entered
